NO prep!
 
NO morals... for Kraven! 
 
Cap's got his Shield, Kraven pulls out a Vibranium Bowie Knife (like Warpath's)! 
 
Kraven wants Cap's shield for a trophy!
  
Takes place in a NYC alley, where Kraven was waiting to pounce on Spidey! 
 
 
Does Kraven get his trophy?  Or, does Kraven get a Shield to the face... and a concussion?

I would've bet on Cap too. 
 
Just thought Kraven was better than this, since they say he can beat Sabretooth, and Cap can't!

Cap wins but don't underestimate Kraven. He has hunted dinosaurs and battled a rhino Hand to Horn before super strength. Still Cap beats him but not too easily.

Kraven isn't Spider-Man level. I don't recall him doing anything anything that would make him appear to be as strong as Spider-Man. Kraven is supposed to be strong enough to lift a ton.

Incorrect. Black Panther has done nothing to surpass Cap, and it was Cap that admitted that T'Challa was his physical equal in the Heroic Age: Superheroes #1 .

Cap, but I do recall Kraven having the physical level of Spider-Man but I cant find anything that says that.  Cap wins, and no one bring up how Kraven beat Black Panther we all know that was bull

Kraven never was Spider-Man's equal in any respect. Even his most recent update for Grim Hunt: the Kraven Saga lists him at 2 tons under optimal conditions.

Don't get me wrong, Kraven is a great character, and one of my favourites Spider-Man villains, but his physical abilities seem to be a regular topic of discussion, and/or speculation.
 
Handbooks aside, I have never seen him showing he is anywhere near Spider-Man's strength class, feat-wise, either. His strength seems to be estimated as it is, by the fact that he is capable of inflicting harm to Spider-Man in combat, but Spider-Man's durability is all over the place, occasionally being hurt by Captain America, and on other times withstanding multiple hits from characters in the 20-50 tons range. Based on the average strength of his opponents, 2 tons strength shouldn't be more than a minor nuisance, though.
