Captain America, I believe that Iron Fist's chi only takes him to peak human strength which gives him no advantage whereas Cap has his shield as well as much more fighting experience.

Iron Fist is only peak human with the use of chi but he hits way harder than any peak human. His strength technically doesn't become superhuman but the power behind his hits always was. He was able to send Colossus flying and fight Iron Man even when his chi was at weaker levels. I also think he's alot more durable than Cap and has techniques to remove pain and recover from injury.
Doesn't iron fist only need to land 1 hit? You don't think he can?
Depends where he connects. Cap's defense is pretty good. If he does beat him in one hit it won't be the first time he attacks. He'll probably be working on Cap for a while before he can get that hit off.
I'm thinking Cap, only because with morals on, Ironfist won't use his chi at maximum energy, so wrecking the helicarrier and train is moot, due to the civilians and the fact that they are both friends, he wouldn't go to such extremes, due to the risk of civillian casualties.
This fight's been done before ... and no one is one shotting anyone here IMHO.
Danny should ultimately win, but Steve gets one good solid shield strike in, and Danny ain't getting back up either. He's a bit of a glass cannon in that way.

I'm going to say Iron Fist takes a majority. Cap can block a lot of his blows with his shield and he has the potential to take a few rounds but a well placed chi-punch isn't going to do Cap any favors.

That, and Danny's "Fist" powers have range and area of effect capability. If he cuts loose in any way, shape or form, it would be a bad night for Steve. But Cap would and could definitely take a few rounds for sure. I give it to Rand 6/10.
I think this is closer than most people think, This is a very close fight between two very capable h2h combatants. That being said I think Danny takes the majority 6/10.
