Captain America has skill feats that completely belittle anything Goro has ever shown. His strength feats, speed feats, and durability feats are likewise impressive.

Additionally he has his shield in this battle and its an exceptionally potent weapon while Goro only has his four arms. While four arms are an advantage its nothing someone with Steve's skill, experience, and speed couldn't deal with.

In all honesty, this is likely just another day at the office, beating up ugly monster guys for Steve. He takes this one 9/10.

Steve takes the majority, but Goro stands a chance.
