Really? Well, IMHO, Frankenstein win here.

I honestly have no idea...are they even in the same-tier? Frankenstein seems to be like a powerhouse-level if I recall, he went toe-to-toe against OMAC who was like Supes-level. I can't be sure, hardly know anything about Frankenstein.

Super Strength

Frankenstein's most famous and recognizable powers are his incredible strength and durability.

Immortal

Frankenstein is immortal; this immortality stems from his nature: he is neither dead nor alive.This is due to his creator's work as well as Melmoth's blood coursing through his veins.

Healing Factor

Since Frank is not quite alive so he replaces his impaired or damaged limbs (it can be assumed he heals from smaller wounds or he ignores them, i.e. bullet wounds, stabbings, cuts and scrapes or if due to the blood of Melmoth that he has flowing through him if he has a healing factor).

Weaponry

Over his hundreds of years of life he has acquired a lot of knowledge of combat and weaponry.

Frankenstein should win round one because in h2h, Frankenstein's durability should help him, and he should be too strong for Cap to handle. Round 2, Frankenstein is more experienced with swords, so he wins that too.

@veshark: OMAC is nearly Superman level while amped by Brother Eye. Didn't rogers beat superpowered Zola's soldiers in Dimension Z?

Yeah but the Captains of Zolandia are described as being slightly stronger than Cap himself, as I recall. 'Superpowered' is a broad term - they're nowhere near the range of OMAC or Superman.

@veshark: Again OMAC is nearly Superman's level while amped by Brother Eye,but he didn't amped him that level. During the whole the fight between the two, he didn't use Brother Eye help and ended up seriously injured,because Frankenstein skills and had to be teleported away.

In OMAC 6 he was unable to fight with Superman (even with Brother Eye help),who just opened a hole in his stomach and burned their eyes.

Didn't Captain demonstrated high end durability feats during whole own ongoing and in Avengers 16?

I didn't catch your meaning first time around. I suppose Cap stands a chance here, but honestly, my understanding of Franky is very limited so I can't make an accurate call.

Cap does have high-durability against blunt force, though.

@veshark: Frankenstein is 200 hundred year old monster trained into many combat forms,its largest specialty is sword fight. He possess super-strength,durability,agility and also a healing factor similar to the Talons,but if he's dismembered can connect someone's limb to his body and use it .

Of course Frankenstein takes the obvious physical edge,but that would only mean anything if Captain America didn't regularly fight against and win against much stronger opponents. For example,the Dimension Z monsters are obviously stronger than him (not as strong as Frank,but that doesn't make a difference) but he was able to beat them as an example. Same with a super strong Kree...

Point is,the strength advantage goes to Frank but it means little against Steve,who should be able to beat Frank most times,especially because of his high-end durability and endurance (not belittling frank's,of course,but he should be able to tank many hits from Frank with just discomfort) and he should be able to dodge everything Frank throws at him being obviously MUCH MUCH MUCH faster,faster reflexes,more agility,etc...

So Steve should win,can he kill frank? No. Most likely not. Just incapacitate.

So I say Steve 6/10.

I say so because,as said,Frank may be stronger and more durable,but that has NEVER stopped Steve in the past and he is definitely Strong enough,Fast enough,and can definitely tank what Frank can throw at him

I think if ( 616) Rogers is allowed to use his shield he takes this. I feel Rogers would find a way to stop Frankenstein, Rogers has a history in comics of doing so check his file. While Frank may be a supernatural being with strength to rival Omac, Cap is the ultimate strategist. I don't know if you are referring to 616 or 1610 Cap but in case in point about 1610 Cap who is stronger than 616 cap, he is far more ruthless, and although he is not as strong as Frank, I think he'd also take Frank down, faster than 616 because he will not hesitate to take a life. 1610 will use what he has to, to take down Frank, he has taken on Ultimate Thor and Ultimate Hulk, whom both trump Frank in strength.

Yeah, I'm thinking short of an enviromental win for Cap or pressure points working, Frank may take it. And lacking a shield makes me think this is a spite match.
