Captain America wins. Steve, I think, is 70-80 percent as strong as Spiderman

They're so going to stalemate a boxing match. Even the judges couldn't judge who'd win based on performance.

I think slade due to superior skill, speed, and intelligence.

Aren't they pretty much equal in everything ? How durable is Slade without his suit ? Old school boxing I'd say this fights ends in a draw .
