- Cap have his regular shield,Assassin his regulars pistols

-No prep,no help

-Morals off,Bloodlust

-Wins by incapacitation or death

so assassin is a upgraded version of tommy monaghan ? i see cap winning after a tough fight , how close was the fight against supes?

Don't know much about Assassin, but after a checking out his page. His TK should pose a problem for Cap, other than that it doesn't seem like he would much of an advantage against Cap.
