He can also throw at the speed of sound and is able to tag Flash. IMO Owen takes this with minor difficulty

Also I'd like to see the rest of this scan I know Deadshot keeps shooting at him and he continues to dodge them.

@jwalser3: I don't think throwing boomerangs at half the speed of sound is enough. Your average bullet moves faster than sound and people dodge them all the time. As for tagging flash, not to be this guy but how fast was flash moving? Deathstroke has tagged flash a few times and I don't believe he is capable of doing so if flash is trying... As for the rest of your scans here.

@jashro44:I'm not sure how fast Flash was moving. But as far as DS goes I only recall him tagging Flash twice. Ounce with his staff, he tripped him around a corner. And the second is when he planted explosives and made Wally go around him and stab him. Unless I'm missing one.

Also I'm 99% sure Owen can run at least Mach 1. Plus his accuracy, he should take this relativity easy.

There have been other times against kid flash I will get scans tomorrow. As for Own moving Mach 1 can he punch that fast? And cap also has a shield to hide behind.

I don't think he can punch that fast. I've only seen him move at that speed. Why punch when you have projectiles? Lol. Also the boomerangs can go around his shield and stab him in the back,

But as for the fight I think Owen takes round 1 while I have a 50/50 on round 2.

@jwalser3: No problem. As for the fight I am not sure. I still don't think he has done anything to say he can beat cap all though maybe I am basing this off of some jobber showings (not to knowledgeable on captain boomerang).

If he had more than just his normal boomerangs, he'd give Cappy a real good run for his money.

I don't know much about Captain Boomerang, but based on the posts above, I feel like Captain America would take a majority. Even with the speed of sound, Captain America easily dodges bullets (his brain processes faster), and he's been shown repeatedly dodging guns and lasers at near point-blank range. He's also dodged multiple sonic screams from hero Skylark before. Given standard boomerangs alone, I think Cap can either dodge or shield them long enough for him to tag Boomerang.

Owen might stand a better against Bucky though, since Bucky is reportedly three times less fast and strong than Captain America. But Bucky has the added benefit of a gun, and he's not too shabby against fast attacks as well - he's been able to dodge multiple repulsor blasts from Iron Man in the Extremis armor (which is supposed to be super-fast). Still, Bucky is one of the most dangerous combatants in the MU, and with his experience - I think he can take Owen as well.

Cap Boomerang sounds like a pretty cool character though, might check him out some time.

Nope. Cap's done it before, and it's nothing too special, to be honest. Every street-leveler more or less is capable of doing so.

Nah, buddy. If lasers existed in real-life and fire at the speed of light, then yeah, they would be faster than bullets. But in comic-books (as well as general media like video-games and movies), it's generally accepted that 'lasers' are just 'energy weapons' and probably don't even hit supersonic speeds like bullets do.

That beam looks to be going faster than the speed of light easily

Speed burst gives Owen the win. He could easily disarm Bucky of grenade/gun and then straight kill him.

Cap would be harder, but not much harder.

Owen has beaten a clone of Jay Garrick. Should say it all there.
