So how would he fare against Batman? What is his strength level? I've just read Aquaman 10 and I think that Manta is cool villain
Manta in a hot minute ... if Aquaman already stomped Steve in a bunch of other threads .... what do you people think Aquaman's arch-enemy is gonna do .... he's faster, stronger, smarter, more durable, and has better tech than Steve on the go. 30 mins of prep is overkill for someone who can already stomp Steve into a dirty mess ..... Imma go find some scans .... brb
Agreed. Manta has some sick feats, and most involve a degree of preparation. Too many weapons at his disposal, too intelligent strategically. I think random encounter Cap takes it, but with prep I think it's a stomp.

This is how the fight ended. But to Cap's credit he quickly comes to and they team up to beat up the Nazis, but yeah Cap didn't win the fight, he lost.
