Round one, ONLY TYPICAL GEAR: Batarangs, gas powered hook, Smoke pellets. Cap: DA SHIELD!

Round two, fight goes outside were the batmobile and armed cap shield cycle await. Turns into James Bond style car chase battle through forest path.

Round three, Tag match. Nightwing (with Bats) and Winter Soldier (helps Cap) suprise attacks. TYPICAL GEAR ONLY FOR ALL. (by cliff at the end of the forest)

Round four, H2H only. Combatans tell tag partners to stand down. (s@#$ is personal son)

Round 1 - Captain America 10/10. 90% of Batman's of non-lethal weapons would be nullified by Cap's shield. The shield stops Thor's hammer and Hulk punches for freaking sake, with no force transferred to Cap's arm. Bloodlusted means that Cap's soldier (killing) experience wins here.

Round 2 - Batman 8/10. The Batmobile is the superior weapons platform. As long as he stays inside the vehicle, he will win.Cap's bike will likely be destroyed forcing him to assault the Batmobile. Because of the shield, it's possible for him land on the vehicle and bust it open to fight Batman - but I only see a 20% chance of this happening and working. Bloodlusted Batmobile FTW.

Round 3 - Captain America/Winter Soldier in a curbstomp. Bucky Barnes can/will rip Nightwing's arm off and beat him with it, but he is a soldier who will be trying be taking kill shots, while Nightwing will ne trying to get past the bullets and the Bionic arm to get in for a H2H kill. Cap's shield (like in Round 1) will uber-protect him from Batman and/or Nightwing.

Round 4 - Captain America. Bruce is the best a normal human can be, but Cap is the perfect human. Bruce is fighting a better version of himself.

Capt wins a majority because of his physical really..But Bruce has taken down powered people too..You never mentioned what version of Batman Im gonna assume New 52 .Bruce who stalemated Diana In martial arts when they were sparring.Diana only broke free due to her strength factor.

Batman all rounds except the last one.

Batman wins all rounds. He is more versatile with gadgets and his batmobile and can use stealth, winter soldier won't do any more damage to Batman than Nightwing will do to cap, and batman is a a better fighter than cap and knows way more ways to kill people.

Round 1, Cap's shield will do nothing against gas

Round 2, self explanatory

Round 3, As much as people don't want to admit it, Batman is a better fighter and a more effective fighter. His track record in combat is far better. He's beaten Bane, Deathstroke, Wrath, Prometheus and Sensei. Cap on the other hand has never beaten Daredevil, Black Panther, Taskmaster or Classic Iron Fist before he got his upgrade in the Immortal Iron Fist. He has struggled with Crossbones who Bucky has one shotted. He's also lost to T'Chaka, the same T'Chaka that T'Challa beat before getting the herb. Cap has impressive wins over guys like US Agent and Nuke but his track record overall is lack luster in comparison. Batman wins 6-7/10, Cap fanboyism won't change that fact

If Cap is bloostlusted in every single round, then you're automatically giving him a heavy advantage, and that's the fact he normally holds back, now he won't.

Round 1: Cap

Round 2: Batman, Cap's never shown much vehicular skill, at most he could avoid.

Round 3: Winter Soldier would likely provide quite a bit of firepower at a range, and his accuracy would allow Captain America to not have to worry about getting shot, overall this is Cap fighting two men who've gotta watch their backs, and Cap could hold his own for this match to at least stalemate.

Round 4: Cap ends it, he's far to strong, fast, and durable, and his skill is too near Batman's for Batman to use it as any real advantage. Without weaponry and out in the open, Batman loses his only real advantages, which would be his weapon versatility and his stealth.
