He broke a tired weak Bat. I think had Batman been fresh then Bane wouldnt of gotten the best of him like that.

Either way, Cap has the same fighting still and tactical mind as Bat, but Cap has the strength and durability to match Bane in a slug fest so I thinik Cap takes this one home.

Breaking out of maximum security prison does not impress me. I've known and heard too many things for that to wow me, exspecially if you take it in a comic book world with super-powered beings.

still pretty tough and being superhuman the prsion might have put extra defenses for that reason

It won't happen like that. And, just cuz Bane broke the Bat doesn't mean anything. And, besides, Batman was exhausted, a plan that Bane came up with to make his fight with Batman easier. If Bats had been in tip-top shape, he would have pwned Bane. But, anyway, I give this fight to Cap.

Don't discount him so easily. I'm not saying Bane would win, but some seem to be treating him as some kind of doofus. The reason why Batman was tired was because Bane freed prisoners from the Arkham Asylum because he knew he couldn't take on Batman with his peak state. So Batman had captured these criminals non stop for some time and Bane knew when to strike.

Captain America Bane may have alot of Brute strength but he's not invulnerable he punches that shield with all his might his hand is gonna break if Cap throws the shield at Bane's head it's gonna break his Jaw

Intelligence comes in many forms. Bane may not have quite the same level of military tactical skills/experience that Rogers has, but you don't see Cap translating dead languages in his spare time and playing chess with masters.

Even if Bane is on Venom in this fight, Captain America is capable of winning. Bane is used to having a physical advantage over most anyone he fights. While Cap is slightly less skilled than Bane's usual adversary (Bruce Wayne), Cap is noticably stronger, faster, and more agile. Bane's Venom only makes him a 2 tonner max, so the strength deficit between him and Captain America isn't all that great. In addition to this, Captain America's shield can provide a rather significant advantage. It has devestating striking power, and the skill with which Cap wields it is absolutely flawless.

((yeah he did put down the hulk in bad writing anyways plus cap has taken on stronger opponents bane would give steve some trouble but still cap would come out on top cap wins))
