I'm happy for him to be able to have the strength to throw around a motorcycle casually. Flipping over the front and tossing it by the handles is just ridiculous. Even more so if the motorcycle is moving.
Replace the Bike in the gif with Bane.... except instead of the armored jeep being destroyed it'll be Bane shattering his bones. They made Captain America incredible in arm to arm combat and peak-human strength is evident in all the movies he is on so far. The Elevator scene in Winter Soldier.. where he beat up 6+ highly trained, buffed men in a enclosed area is another proof.
I have a feeling that people don't realize that MCU is based on the Ultimate Universe, not 616, which means that Rogers' strength is anywhere between 1,200 lbs and 2 tons. Even then, he's still more impressive than Bane. Bane has nothing on Rogers.

It has elements of both the 616 and Ultimate-verse but I do agree that the cues taken from the latter appear to be slightly more dominant. The primary story elements are derived more from the 616-verse though.
I think in short period it would be a pretty even fight. Both Captain America and Bane have knowledge of several fighting styles, both are smart. But the fight would go to Captain America in endurance and timing. Bane brings abilities to this fight but he brings weaknesses to his fight like his venom tubes which supply his venom and the fact that he needs to rejoice on it. So as time goes on I am giving the win to Captain America.
I think Cap is a lot faster. Plus, with his shield he has easily sliced apart elevator cables, broke hardened locks with a punch and has thrown and taken down a quinjet with it.

Bane just barely matches MCU in strength. And loses hard in every other way.
Bane outclasses Steve is strength. Its not even close. He threw a car to over 100 ft. He is also bulletproof. So he outclasses Steve in durability as well. But of course its MCU Cap so he can't loose at all.

A better fighter? In the clips all he did was throw Batman around. In game mechanics he threw slow punches and ran head first at batman. He is in deed stronger, but he isn't beating cap by running head first at him, and throwing lazy right hooks. Cap is way to agile and athletic to ever get hit. A few bank shot shield throws, and he cuts off his venom supply. Game over.
