Honestly much as I love Aphrodite IX and have read every story she has appeared in, she doesn't have as many high end feats as Steve, far as I remember.

If we could start counting the feats of Aphrodite IV maybe I could build a more solid argument for her.

All things I do find very impressive, but honestly any rational Cap fan will come to you with laundry list of feats to match these.

It's no even that I don't think that Aphrodite IX should logically be superior. I believe she should, but she's only been in one mini-series where her highest end feats aren't anything to make her look based on on panel feats clearly superior to cap.

Most people are missing also that Aprodite IV has move appearances than her soon to be version in the future as Aprhodite IX. Aphrodite IV showed basically that she will not stop, even if she is in bits and pieces, until she is able to do her task.

Putting this one statement aside, I feel that Captain America is more likely able to defeat Aphrodite IX in a hand to hand combat but if this will be a game of cat and mouse... Aphrodite IX can defeat Captain America. If Captain America was shot and more or less died...it only means it can be done.

So my vote now is with Captain America.

Isn't this old for a bump? And i think Aphrodite could win this, actually. Those are some seriously impressive feats.
