This battle could actually go either way, I like it.

Couldnt cap technically cut off doc ocs arm, Even though docs smarter than cap intelligence wise, i think cap would be better at preparing for this fight than doc would, And i feel like these two have fought before and cap was able to destroy his arms?

I'll say that if Cap goes for arm removal (titanium Ock) or uses the environment, he has good chances. If he hopes to go toe to toe he will lose a majority.

Im gonna go with Cap in a tough fight. Cap isn't going to fight him head up he going to use his tactical knowledge to gain the advantage. Also his shield (adamantium/vibranium) can easily cut through Otto's arms (Titanium) and Cap is faster than Otto. Plus people don't act like heroes haven't fought villains with civilians in the area, it makes the fight harder not impossible for the hero to win.

@nickzambuto: would Cap's morals really let him go rage mode against Ock? It's the reason why he sorta lost the Civil War.

Lol, With 5 hours of prep time?. Couldn't Cap get someone like Tony Stark to create some kind of device that disrupts his arms? Plus Cap would never fight in a Subway with civilians. I'm just going to pretend they just happen to bump into each other in the subway. Cap notices that there are a lot of civilians in the subway and decides to lead Doc Ock further down the subway tunnel, away from the civilians. Doc Ock isn't the type to use hostages unless he has no choice. Ock calls him a coward for running away and chases after him. Captain American has beaten Doc Ock before, pretty easily. Doc Ock would have learn from his previous battle that Cap's shield need to be neutralized quickly. Eventually, Cap would get Doc Ock to slip up and touch the 3rd rail of the subway track and bam! Cap wins. Classic comic book strip.

@voldo2006: That's receiving outside help. Which isn't allowed in standard battles. It would be just as silly to say, Doc Ock goes to one of his villain friends he's worked with in the past and collects a bunch of buffs and extra equipment. Characters must perform the prep themselves unless the OP specifically states they are allowed outside help.

Anyway on to the battle: Doc Ock is a genius and five hours is enough time to prepare a robot or other buff/equipment to boost himself and defeat Cap.
