Ryu roflstomps him. Massive curbstomp, unless Cap has some crazy prep feats I am not aware of.

I would have thought he stops at Ryu too.

The Golden Saints?

...I know Thor comes before them, but isn't Pegasus Seiya one of the Golden Saints? Seiya could fight on par with a majority of Marvel's herald-level characters, and maybe even solo them.

So I think it's safe to say Cap doesn't clear. I'm really not seeing how he beats either of the Hellsing guys.

Why is speedy Gonzalez above Thor?

I don't recall speedy having toon force. (But then again, I've not seen many cartoons with Speedy)
