Cap clears all.

Cap takes this easy. Between bouncing his shield off of their skulls and simply shooting them, most of these are pretty spiteful. Freeze lasts the longest, but that isn't saying much.

How would he do if they had prep? lol

The only potential threat is Arnold, outside that he will be one shotting most of these characters.

Cap OWNS EVERYBODY!!!! Hopefully 2012 Bane will be a Badass and not some joke. We already know how (2012) catwoman is going to end up.

I don't think he can take a blast of fear toxin and just shrug it off,but who cares he clears it anyway.

I think he clears it. Mr Freeze could probably give him a good short fight by icing his shield, but it won't last long.

Cant see any of them lasting long against movie Cap, Freeze lasts longest due to his raneg but they would all get one shotted once closed down probably.

Joker might be able to play cat and mouse with prep (and the miraculous ability to remain hidden from authorities) but he doesn't really bring anything to the table.  
 
Catwoman wasn't even a match for Keaton Batman. When he wasn't oogling her, he was slapping her silly. Cap trumps that. Penguin's prep consists of having a circus gang back him up.  
 
Scarecrow or Ivy should be able to cause some trouble if it takes Cap awhile to resist the toxins assuming they can nail him with them.  
 
Bane gets stomped.  
 
Mr Freeze could win by telling a few puns and tossing Cap a knife to slit his wrists with. Otherwise he gets shot in the face, too.
