batman is weaker than cap physically and as for fighting skills , he exceeds cap by a little margin.

Deathstroke is as strong as bane on venom and he's as fast as cap is but his H2H fighting skills are below cap.

Stops at Richard Dragon 5/10 also. Batman tops Dragon and Bronze Tiger slightly in raw physicals, which is why his fights with them are so close. There will be a wider skill gap countered by a wider physical gap.

Clears Deathstroke 8/10. There will be no plot armor for Slade. No weapons, and no gear. Steve has the baseline feats to tangle with Slade all day. His mind is enhanced to see bullets in slow motion. Slade's pre 52 enhanced brain was made WIS by IRL science. He now has comparable physicals to Steve, with a better HF and less stamina. And as his h2h is considered less than Rogers, the win should go to Cap more than in his other matches with elite fighters.

Beats tai 1/10. And beats Jin 1/100.

Therefore Cap clears 1/5000. That actually feels right.

If all his feats are true Bruce Lee could gibe cap a good fight. But cap might lose to batman and he definitely stops at Deathstroke. Not that knowledgeable on dragon though, all I know is he trained and then later stalemated batman so he can probably beat cap too.

He exceeds caps physical attributes by a little margin and batman's by a large margin .

Captain america can dodge point blank shots.

Richard Dragon is the second best martial artist in DC. He would definitely give Captain America a hell of a fight. He stops at Deathstroke though.
