Does Cap get his shield? If so I think his team takes this pretty easily. Ozy matches up decently with Beast, I wouldn't say he'd win but Cap takes out Havok using his shield to reflect his blasts then they team up on Beast.

Cap should be able to KO them with one toss of his shield, both rounds. Even with morals off, Havok is unfocused, whereas Cap is not. He can take large explosions and has before.

I still don't think it'll be that easy though.
It will be. He has more experience, better training, and better overall feats. Again, a toss of his shield takes them out.
