@rbt: I know.Just thing his feats with mirakuru's strenght and reflex bufs.

If we are considering stats feats of all Mirakuru users combined with Oliver's skill and gear, he walks over Cap in every round.

Steve won't be able to one shot regular Oliver, let alone amped version of him.

Wouldn't this of be been better if they had equalize stats?

Cap still takes iT. Cap has blocked a hit from Thor, survived a 40+ foot drop, survived multiple hits from Winter soldier's metal arm as well as displayed impressive strength feats such as throwing a motorcycle, throwing himself upwards with one arm while holding on to a woman as is extremely quick. He wins round 2 for sure but still might lose round 1 in a close one
