Captain America/Hawkeye vs Bane/Deadshot

Going with Bane and Deadshot for now. Can still be convinced otherwise though.

Captain America and Hawkeye. Captain America vs Bane will be a pretty good matchup, but I think that if Cap utilizes his superior fighting skill, physicals, and his shield he will be able to take the majority over Bane. Hawkeye isn't going to beat Deadshot at ranged battle despite his prodigious ability with his bow and arrow, but he has the ability to at least hold his own long enough allow for Steve to beat Bane and help him handle Deadshot, and if does end up becoming hand to hand combat, I'd give Clint the clear majority over Deadshot.

Overall, Team Marvel takes the majority.

I believe n52 Bane could take Captain America for a good majority. The n52 venom, Batman stated that it made him stronger to its predecessor, faster and also smarter. Captain America's shield would be problematic for sure, but nothing Bane can't overcome. Deadshot can take Hawkeye with moderate difficulty. I don't see him pulling his shots like he does with Batman.

I have my doubts that Steve could take pre-52 Bane too. Batman only beat him once while he was off venom and it was still an extremely brutal battle (So I'm led to believe anyway). And since you love saying that Cap is Batman's Marvel equal like Wolverine, Daredevil and a whole bunch of other Marvel street levellers, that's saying that Bane can probably take Cap on venom too.
