Round 1: Cap wins by jumping off his motorcycle ad throwing his shield at Nolanverse Batman once they get close to each other, or just land on Batman directly and beat him with his Shield.
Round 2: Cap' wins easily. Did you see what he did to that punching bag? Once he destroyed it going across the room, he picked up another one with just one arm and continued his workout. I don't remember anything of Batman ever training like that even in Batman begins, let alone doing something like that with the bag. Cap shows better physical abilities and martial art skills than Batman. If Batman were to try to pull off those moves like he did in TDK or even TDKR, Cap will only counter them and flatten Bats to the ground.
Round 3: Cap still wins. He encountered mercenaries with machine guns and explosives, fought up against aliens with laser guns, and manage to endure such physical feats like landing from a 30 foot building with no injuries. So I don't think there's anything that Batman can do with his "standard equipment" alone against Cap'. Not unless he uses the BatPod like what CatWoman did against Bane, but wait -- Bats is afraid of killing, right?
Round 4: I assume that some of haven't seen Captain America Winter Soldier yet, so I'd recommend you go see it and find out what Cap can do in a stealth operation. Even if Batman knew where Cap would be ahead of time I don't think there's anything Bats can do physically to harm Cap. Maybe he can use his surroundings to his advantage and set up some explosive grenades and a trap floor for Cap to fall into. Or invent a new device like a electrical shock gun but just crack up the voltage and use it on Cap while he's distracted by Batman's stealth tactics. But that Shield, man o' man, that Shield and reflexes can turn the tides to that round.
Round 5: Still the same, Cap' wins.
