An argument can be made for Spider-Man soloing Cap and Panther, so adding Deadpool to Spidey's team means they get a very solid majority of wins. Add the "to the death" stipulation and the advantage swings even further towards Spidey and DP because Deadpool is so hard to kill.
I know it says to death but really if Cap and Panther take Wade apart and he can't fight...the fight is over for him. Sure he might pull himself back together...eventually...but not in any time frame that helps the fight.

Anyway is this current Cap? As in Wilson? I assume so since there's no specifics and we use current versions then. And also I assume this is current Panther? So no vibranium? The OP is very open ended here.
Black Panther vs. Spider-Man is far, far closer than folks might assume ... assuming T'Challa has the weave and all his most impressive gear on hand.
Not really, if Panther has his weave and KOTD gear, he should be looking at a comfortable majority everytime, because he can counter everything Peter has from Blunt Tramua to webbing. Peter's only option is to break his neck/snap limbs. If Panther is rocking either Pre Doom War (So with Weave) or KOTD Gear, then Peter should beat either in close fights.
As for the battle at hand, I will go with Team 2. Assuming current versions (with Steve at full health), Black Panther would lose to Peter in good fight, as would Captain America and Wade (Wade might actually lose to Cap though, partially because of hero worship). Switch things around and Spider-Man breaks Roger's face. Wade would lose to Panther, but it would be closer due to Wade's damage soak and resistance to piercing weaponry, so he'll likely be double-teamed.
People are assuming by Captain America the OP means Sam Wilson, the current Cap. but to me it will always be assumed to be Steve Rogers unless specified as Sam. But either way Spidey stomps without Deadpool even getting involved.
Spiderman could solo. Like 4/10. Deadpool added to the team makes it 10 out of 10. Frankly this fight is to the death so deadpool solos. He just keeps coming back until they're too tired and he kills them.
