No to be fair, Spider-Man was blood-lusted, and Cap and Bats could ask new-52 Midnighter for help. Here according to OP rules, its standard morals, and no Midnighter.

Its not a duplicate thread cause the previous one was essentially morals off Spider-Man vs Bats, Cap and New-52 Midnighter, while this is Morals on Spider-Man vs Bats and Cap. It should be locked for being a mismatch, but not for being a duplicate.

so who wins`?

Cap and Bat should take out Spiderman quite easily after the initial shock.
