I know 1 or 2 of these might be spite but I ran out of ideas

Everyone in the fights has all there power ups and skills

Ryu (Street Fighter) vs The Bouncers (The Bouncer)

BATTLE 2

Zero (Megaman X) vs Cloud Strife (FF7 and all the other games hes been in)

VS

BATTLE 3

Virgil (Devil May Cry) vs Squall Leonhart (FF8)

VS

BATTLE 4

Nero (Devil May Cry) vs Riku (Kingdom Heart)

VS

BATTLE 5

Dante (Devil May Cry) vs Sora (Kingdom Hearts)

VS

BATTLE 6

Ken vs Wesker

VS

BATTLE 7

Megman X (Megaman X) vs Zach (FF7)

VS

BATTLE 8

Shin Akuma and Sigma X vs Sephirotg

The problem with these battles based on japanese archetype characters is that there would be more monologues and flashy show boating rather than actually fighting. a good portion of the audience would not take the battle seriously and treat it like a Harlam Globe Trotters show.

I think i'd have to side with Capcom on this one. Wesker should be able to take down Ken with superior speed, augmented strength & a healing factor.

Enix = Rival developer and publisher of Square/Squaresoft

Square and Enix merge to save name

New name = Square-Enix

SquareSoft is still around as Square, but I'm not exactly sure if its the same actual team that's been making games since 86' up to Final Fantasy X-2
