Ok and how is this going to effect dante? he has equipment and a whole bunch of other magics at his disposal to destroy goku. Only way DBZ really could win is by yelling for 20 minutes to power up then rapid firing spirit bombs, big bang attacks, super kamehamehas, over and over again and pray to god they hit their targets.

You still have a lot to learn about dbz. In the frieza saga there was a henchman that could stop time. Janemba could punch through holes in space or whatever the heck he was doing. Majin buu could manipulate matter and turn people into candy. Goku in the buu saga was strong enough a lone to be felt by the kais in heaven. Goku can use instant transmission and blitz everyone in the capcom and sega universe with the exception of sonic. I haven't seen anyone in the capcom or sega universe to withstand things that the dbz verse has thrown at their characters. I wouldn't include dbgt because...well because it just didn't show how strong the characters could really be. Frieza destroyed a planet with the wave of his hand, destroyed planet vegeta with a ball of energy that wiped out the entire race. captain ginyu could swap bodies with super sonic if someone caught sonic and held onto him. There are a lot of things overlooked in the dragonball universe. Goku as a child was moving giant boulders, taking bullets and rockets. I think it'd be cool to watch but if you're going to use the heavy hitters from dragonball against the capcom and sega universe the dbz universe is going to win.

The reason i say this because even with time stop one it takes a bit of time to accomplish this and im pretty surer none of skills last forever . Also u did say X and bayonetta can time stop everyone, but how would they control the time stop from not time stop an ally, and even then are they strong enough to take on  an enemy like buu. Remember once they try to kill buu they may forget about him, this would lead to him not only copying their technique but also being able to absorb the other high tier chars. Also how long does this time stop last and when will they turn it off?
