Well see the Punisher is a very good shot as is Deadshot and Bucky Cap has a little armor and some marksmanship as well but Deathstroke is way too overpowered for his own good and with Deadshot's help...DAMN!

Deadshot alone couldn't handle the two of them...but Deathstroke could take out the two. It would be a sad day for the Marvel Universe.
Deathstroke is just so damn badass. I love Frank Castle but...his days would end even with the new Cap.
