Cap and Bats vs Real Special Forces

Fight in Chernobyl. Whole City is the battlefield.
 
Bats and Caps are comic versions. Peak versions. Batman gets his standard gear. Caps get his shield. They are on the defensive. 3 hours prep. They can rig the city however they want but can only do so within their prep time. They know who they're dealing with. Their reinforcements would be movie Iron Man and Movie War Machine after 3 hours.
 
Spec Ops: Standard equipment, each squad has at least 1 long range rifle man, 1 grenadier, and 1 rocket launcher, others have standard rifles and 2 sidearms
1st SFOD-D (Delta Force) -2 squads, 12 members each
US Army Special Forces (US Green Beret) -1 squad, 12 members
1st Commando Regiment (Aussie Green Beret) - 1 squad, 12 members
3 Commando Brigade (British Green Beret) - 1 squad, 12 members
Commande De Marin (French Verd Beret) -1 squad, 12 members
Sareyet Maktal (IDF Special Forces) -1 squad, 12 members 
SWAT -3 squads, 8 members each
5 Blackhawks survey the city. Command Center also has a satellite surveillance system.
 
Reinforcements (drop by blackhawks after 1 hour, same equipment)
Seal Team 6 (DevGru) -2 squads, 12 members each.
British Boat Service (SBS) -2 Squads, 12 members each
Shayetet 13 (IDF) - 2 squads, 12 members each
US Army Rangers -2 squads, 12 members each
2 Longbow Apaches
1 AC-130 Gunship
1 Abrams Tank
 
Rules: SpecOps are organized by resurrected Rommel and Patton who happen to be working together. They get info on their enemy via CIA, M16 and Mossad who have followed the superheroes for 1 month. Rommel and Patton get 24 hours prep. Batman and Cap may use the weapons from incapacitated soldiers. If the 1st wave gets beaten before the reinforcements, the SpecOps lose. If Bats and Cap lose before their reinforcement, they lose. SpecOps are willing to kill. Bats and Caps keep their morals. Iron Man and War Machine are bloodlusted.
 
Who wins?

Out Classes everyone in every aspects.

reasons?

1. Cap is a Super Soldier "above them all" they said. He lead a team and win the World War 2, and ends Hitlers life.

2. Bats is a trained pro, who is powerful and unstoppable if given a prep time.

3. The whole US army salutes this guys.
