You can only choose three heroes none of whom can have any meta enhancements or bionic enhancements of any kind also to make it fun none of The Rogues(Flash). Your characters are aloud one primary weapon, one secondary weapon(if small blade like sais can be twin or pistols can be twin) They are aloud armor and two forms of gadgetry. All their equipment most be equipment that they will normally be found using. Your characters are all willing to kill but are not bloodlusted and the way they think is not changed.
For your characters any with bladed weapons all blades are bumped up to Afro Samurai Standard your team gets one day of prep and training together
With guns ammo is unlimited if adding rockets or grenades or other explosives in your gadgets you get 5 adding throwing stars or similar you get 30 if poisoned you get 20

Fight 1 Shichigoro sword and chain and assassins from party scene in Afro Samurai Resurrection
15 minute rest
Fight 2 Entire Empty Seven Clan all weapons
15 minute rest 2 med kits and ammo reload
Fight 3 Lady Sio's three Cybernetic Samurai all their gear
15 minute rest 1 med kit
Fight 4 Justice
15 Minute Rest
Fight 5 Robot Afro Sword
15 minute Rest 1 medkit ammo reload
Fight 6 Jinno and Lady Sio Jinno has his Swords and Motorcycle and Sio has her blade.
Fight 7 Afro and Resurrected Rokutaro(Afro's Father) They both have their swords.
