Well you have given them one sided prep, would depends on what they do with prep else team 1 is way more powerful than team 2, while i know very little about Bu, you have guys like tyrant who is just too powerful for anyone on team 2, he can solo them rather handily unless they come up with a massive plot with prep.

Shouldn't Team Superman be able to realize they need and to obtain a weapon made in heaven with a weeks prep? They got plenty of speed to deliver it against Ghost Rider.
