Yes. Marvel Earth can take on literally any threat. There are reality warpers and nigh-omipotents on Marvel Earth. They will always win.

That said, Doom, Hulk, Blue Marvel, Monica Rambeau, etc.

Heracles inhaled and consumed the air busting out of the AIR fruit which is equivalent to the amount of air in our Earth's atmosphere. If he wanted to, Heracles could literally make a planet wide vacuum and suffocate everyone on Earth besides characters that can survive in space or without air. That's a scary thought.

You'd need someone FTL with high level matter manipulation to attack Heracles' cells directly as that's the only way to injure him, otherwise he's immortal and can regenerate faster than a lightning bolt strikes, reality warpers also beat him

People like Hulk and Thor just get blitzed, since despite being 22km tall, Heracles can trade lightspeed+ attacks with Toriko's Blue Demon
