He did by draining by draining him later in the comic. If you guys are talking about the arm bar Norrin allowed that to happen but T'challa did defeat silver surfer later with the same method doom used.

Modern Marvel seems to disagree. In hickmans run thor needed an unworthy hammer in order to use his other powers. Maybe its because in prior instances thor used his hammers powers without holding it he was still worthy and still had that special connection with his hammer where as now he doesn't. Thats just a guess though.
Are you serious or joking? Panther is just a normal human, yes a very smart human with a suit that absorbs impacts, but just a peak human. Odinson despite having lost the ability to wield the hammer is still the physically strongest Asgardian there is he's still a 100 tonner, he still has flesh so dense that 50mm shells bounce off his body. He also has thousands of years of experience in combat. Just because he can no longer control the weather doesn't mean a peak human could beat him in a fight.

Black panther isn't peak human. With the herb he is enhanced, current black panther is superhuman according to HIckman.
The best feat black panthers gauntlets have is beating on Namor who got one shotted by thor in the rain. He also broke a cell which contained iron man but I doubt current Tony can really hang with thor or really damage him much.

They have never cut someone as durable as thor and beyond that I don't see them working. IIRC when Doctor doom was dissecting Asgardians he commented that they could survive 12 minutes without there hearts or some such. And than there is the whole Gorr thing where thor was being impaled by Gorr who was helping thor create those planet destroying shock waves. I mean I guess you can argue that the heart=//=brain. I mean if I really wanted to rustle jimmies I could bring up the time thor was briefly knocked out with a bullet to the head or how he fled from bullets that one time in the classic era I guess....But IIRC he also took wolverines claws to the face and only received a slight scratch mark so I don't think its really consistent for thor to be weak to stabbing damage. Plus the female thor was commenting that bullets only tickled her.
But regardless I am not sure if cutting thors brain would really stop him.

Current black panther doesn't have the herb, he is just blessed by the panther God. Regardless even the herb is slightly beyond peak human. It was literally stated black panther was peak human without the herb and it has also been stated on panel that black panther with the herb has the powers of a great cat.
