Can Batman find and bring Sam Fisher to justice

Sam Fisher, the legendary operative of third echelon.. the first ever "splinter cell" has gone rogue and was able to sneak in arkham city..... thid echelon has sent many agents..... all have failed either killed by thugs, the supervillians in the prison or sam himself...... they can only go to one man.... there last hope...

The Dark Knight..... only given him 10 hours since sam said he would activate the weapon and kill everyone.....

cities, states etc.... it is a miniscule object

SAM HAS GONE INSANE

scenario- can batman find sam fisher and bring him to justice in 10 hours before sam activates the weapon

batman has his usual gear

sam has his goggles, a pistol, and a shotgun

( i made this on general discussion as well on accident... my bad)

why sam goes into arkham city..... he thinks this is the best place to hide, he is knowledgable of batman... if he does not get his 100 trillion dollars he will blow up the devise

the thugs happen to accept sam.. and are not hostile him

don't question the scenario, its poorly written, i know... just focus on the question

Selina would make Sam her personal whipping boy ....

Talia would disembowel Sam ....

Terry would feed Sam to Ace ....

Bat-Mite would think about it for a sec ....

Alfred would just shoot him for lulz ....

Almost anyone in the Bat-Family would complete this little hide and seek in less than 7 hours, then for the next three hours throw a party at Wayne mansion ....

Many of Bruce's rouges would do just as well or better than them .... this thread is kind of a fail ...
