If we're using current versions, Cable is powerless. He's a skilled fighter and very intelligent, but without his powers he doesn't stand up to Spider-man. (He might have his tech powers, I'm not sure, but I don't think he does.)
Cable. I'd have to think about Iron Spidey, what with his new toys and updated powers. OMD spidey, loses b/c he's outclassed, and i feel no need to make a case for him...or acknowledge his existence further.
I don't think anyone read what you said the first time. Symbiote5 didn't specify which Cable to use. So, I guess the current one has to be assumed, right?

If it's Cable with powers who i assume he's talking about then Cable could hold him telekinetically in the air and smash him into anything nearby until he's dead or just hold him and shoot him with that massive gun he has.
Why assume he's talking about powered Cable? He has a series going on right now where he doesn't have powers, why not assume that version? If this were done before that series came out I could see assuming he has powers since his last main appearances (in Cable/Deadpool) would have been about him with powers, but that's not the case anymore. If you assume what you're assuming because you think that Cable without powers isn't a fair fight, Cable with powers is even more unfair. Cable actually has a better chance without powers than Spider-Man does when Cable is powered. In any case, the thread starter should have specified, but apparently, putting a little thought into battles is too much trouble.
Its hard to tell. While from a tactical standpoint I give this fight to Cable. Not just because of his powers but years of combat and weaponry. If it comes down to a brawl if Cable can find a way to keep Spider Man on the ground and keep Spider Man still enough to do some serious damage with fighting Spider Man Cable stands a pretty good chance of winning it. On the other hand Spider Man is going to be very hard to catch. Don't forget Spider Man can sense when Cable is attacking him and quickly get out of the way. I don't see Cable winning a game of speed and agility against Spider Man. Strength wise I think they both are about even. But the real problem Cable will face is Spider Man's genius IQ. Spider Man will realize Cable isn't your scared criminal with a knife or a criminal in a alien symbiote. Spider Man would need to find a way to trick Cable into a trap or maybe a location where the fight favors him. Cable isn't going to be held down with webbing so stopping Cable is gonna take a relentless effort. So honestly if I had to narrow it down Im going with Spider Man. He brings more to this fight where he can avoid Cable's attacks and wouldn't need to go head to head with Cable to defeat him. Spider Man is too fast and agilie where Cable wouldn't be able to hit him much. And his spider senses alerting him to Cable's attacks would be too difficult for Cable to get his hits on Spider Man. Im not saying he would easily beat Cable because he wouldn't. Cable would give Spider Man a hell of a hard time. But its just Spider Man brings more to this fight that benefits him then Cable does. Spider Man wins just not easily
cable beats spidey, at least the cable I'm familiar with (haven't been keeping up with the most recent X-Force). Cable has some crazy damage soak (up there with spidey) and his tk/tp should give him the win.
