Unless MC has some incredible psychic resistance, Cable stomps him. Seriously, Cable is the most powerful telepath on earth, what makes you think MC stands any chance here? His technopathy alone could probably deal with most of MC's weapons, too.
"any way it was suposed to be more of a guerilla type battla"
Set the rules from the start don't change them when it doesn't go your guys way. You never said Cable couldn't use his telekinesis, so I gotta go with Cable, guerilla tactics or not, chief can't stand against Cable psionic powers

"LoL, I wouldnt bother messing with you if I didnt think you were cool"
its ok i was idisisive at the begining cuz i wasnt sure what powers to let cable have"
just let him have all his powers and give chief all the weapons of Halo, it wouldn't necesarily be a Cable curbstomp to be honest, after all Weapon X II (Garrison Kane), Deadpool, and GW Bridge all gave Cable trouble, and GW Bridge had no super powers, just SHIELD weapons

All he would have to do is use a fraction of his TK to deconstruct MC on a molecular level. I'd say it'd be a pretty nasty curb-stomp. Deadpool and Bridge worked with others who were familiar with Cable and his power set, and had plot on their side. MC has no idea what he's getting into. Cable's TP is enough to take MC out. The TK is overkill.
