Cable vs Iceman vs Gambit

I know this has been done before, but in this thread I am using New Son Gambit, Saviour Cable, and the Iceman who defeated Thor. They fight to the death in Manhattan. Knockout can be a means of victory too, and this is especially so for Bobby. Everyone is in character.

Who wins?

I was ready to say roflmfaowtf murderstomp in Iceman's favor but now it's pretty interesting.

@shiryu: I say Iceman. Gambit, whose primary power is kinetic energy will not go well with absolute zero and Im not sure if Iceman can be tped or not but if he cannot then cable gets completely frozen.

@jbourne_32: Oh... I guess Absolute Zero is Bobby's ultimate trump card.

I'm backing Cable for this fight, because while the other two change the area around them, Cable is the only one with tangible force on his side. If he isolated either of them from molecules to manipulate, he could crush them with ease. I'd say that he also has the best feat. While fighting Thor is impressive, fighting Silver Surfer while holding up a city is more so.

Gambit speeds up the molecules, Iceman slows them down, it's two sides of the same coin

@jacthripper: So who would you say is more adept when it comes to his molecular manipulation powers? Iceman or New Son?

@shiryu: yes because theoretically absolute zero means there is no molecular movement @jacthripper also has a good point with gambit and iceman's abilities canceling out. However your idea with forcefields will not work because force field is nothing more than a barrier of energy or molecules that can one, be converted by Gambit or two be completely nullified due to absolute zero. Ultimately Cable's calling card is tp and tk and im not sure how those would fair against either of his opponents

Cable. tp, and molecular manipulation wins this for him.

If TP doesn't bring him down then iceman wins.

Cable. Much more versatile power set with telepathy to boot

@jbourne_32: I don't know too much about new son gambit but couldn't he just prevent iceman from moving or blow him up

Cable and Gambit may be willing to kill in character...but Bobby isn't.

@shawnbaby: Ah. So I guess that takes him out of contention as a winner, then.

I'll add knockout as a means of victory also.

I'm backing Cable because fighting SS is the most impressive feat I can think of out of all these three.

Regardless, IMO it still comes down to Cable vs. Iceman then, in which case I think Cable wins due to being more willing to kill than Bobby would be.

Yeah but Iceman can stop his molecules just as fast. Its really just a matter of draw speed and who goes for who. Based on their history I think Cable and Iceman would work together first

That's true but you have no idea whether or not that version of Jean was as powerful as her 616 counterpart, so it's not a very good way to gauge New Son's power.

@GhostRavage: your a cable expert, this seems like a battle you'd have some knowledge on.

@thedailybagel: I don't know the power level of New Son Gambit but fairly certain Cable can handle Bobby by his own.

I definitely understand and agree with your standpoint, though.

Iceman can't be put down by anyone here really.

Well BFR is always an option, although it makes the battle a whole lot less interesting.
