Cable vs Bucky Barnes

I'm assuming Cable isn't using any of his powers.  Bucky, easily. When Captain America himself sneaked himself abroad the utopian island Cable created, in order to confront Cable, Cable himself claimed he doesn't have any physical abilities to take on someone like him without using his powers, due to his age and being weaker physically.

I think he may have been referencing to his thousands of years of non-stop battle experience, partly his powers too , but i assume you thought that because after that he used his powers. 
 
Cable without powers would definetly give buky a run for his money , his entire life has been spent fighting every single day , no exxageration , he also has traveled back in time so actually has thousands years more than it appears,Half of his uper body is superhumanly fast,strong and durable, i know bucky's arm is too (dont think its as powerful) but i referenced this as his youth doesn't matter here.

with his powers Cable will mess Bucky up

There is no way to make this fair.If you take away Cable's powers he' gets stomped..if you give him his powers he could kill 300 Bucky's.

Even cable without his powers is a bad mother, cable would pull a frank castle and turn the ship into a death trap, Cable is also one hell of fighter don't think for a second he couldn't hang with Buck. My god have any of you ever seen what he can do caps shield Cable, not that Comcast BS either real cable
