Since Spawn is one with MOM i will have the Over Monitor give CA Superman his blessing in the battle. 
Battle Location will take place beyond the Multiverse.

Yes, the CAS can adapt to counter future threats but the source of their powers is totally different. You can't really adapt to God. Which is why I say DS takes this, but in a very long and exhausting fight.
