Classic Tin Man ZOMGUBERWTFSTOMPRAPES, he is responsible for about 95% of the deaths in Baum's novels. He killed so many monkeys (think it was monkeys, been a while) that he had to stand atop the heap of their corpses to keep butchering them. They didn't get to the Emerald City by luck or ingenuity, they got there by the Tin Man mercilessly (dare I say... heartlessly?) slaughtering absolutely everything that got in their way. You need to read up on your Baum.

I've never seen C3PO doing anything that could count as offensive. Tin Man has ax use experience too.

Even using Tinny at his weakest, C-3P0 has exposed wiring and can be easily cut in half or at least disabled.

It depends what metal is C3PO made out of was it Durasteel or some kind flexiplast? It's a stalemate if he's made of durasteel as there's no possible way Tin man could break through it. If not Tin man easily.
