If they started at a distance then Bullseye would stand a chance but as the OP hasn't specified it means they start within striking distance of each other. Thus Bullseye gets sliced into sushi.
I wouldn't say that...Maybe the problem is I'm not knowledgeable enough on x-23 but I think bullseye has a shot and I can see a case being made for either side.

What feats with her healing factor does she have to suggest he couldn't drop her? I would think if she is winning this its due to her skill not healing factor...

She had her throat ripped out and torn to shreds and healed within a panel in the Venom event. Other than that I have none. I assume her HF is at the very least close to Wolverine.

X-23 beat Lady Deathstrike by pretending to be injury, not really a skill feat. Wolverine didn't want to fight back and said that X-23 isn't as fast as he is.

She wasn't pretending to be injured, she actually was. She was, however, greatly exaggerating the extent, as she healed almost instantaneously.
It's an endurance and tactic feat more than anything.

Wolverine doesn't have hard time regenerating his brain, it just takes longer to heal than everything else. Also, X-23's hf is faster than Logan's.

@jashro44: @Mercy_ is more knowledgeable on X-23 than I am. Laura's HF should be close to Daken's if it helps more. Considering he took a pounding from the Thing, shots from Skaar, explosions etc and him and X-23 had a fantastic healing feat. I know these aren't projectile/piercing like attacks, but if something sticks her in the brain I don't see it being the end of the match. But I'm liable to correction on that.

She has some pretty ridiculous healing feats, some of which are shown above by GS. I don't recall there ever being a headshot in there, but I don't see one keeping her down for long at all.

@tg1982: Actually I'd just call it a mistake, misprint, what have you but then one would think that either way that's something your editor should catch.

It's faster than Wolverine's because it's not bogged down by having to constantly prevent her from being poisoned to death by adamantium because the only adamantium she has is adamantium laced claws. She has some pretty ridiculous healing feats, some of which are shown above by GS. I don't recall there ever being a headshot in there, but I don't see one keeping her down for long at all.
She was definitely shot in the head because I recall cropping a scan and discussing it. However, my image gallery is a total mess and I really don't have the energy to locate it. I believe it was when she was in a lab during the latest series. Not sure if that rings a bell.
