Acrobatic enough to keep up with the guy who has the acrobatic ability of Daredevil & Spider-Man? If DD can dodge Bullseyes projectiles...shouldn't Taskmaster be able to as well?

He has the human acrobatic ability of Daredevil and Spiderman. Bullseye always gets jobbed when he fights Daredevil. He could ricochet razor blades off the walls or other objects creating all sorts of weird angles, all of which would end up to be a precise kill shot.

Let me ask you something...do you think Bullseye's reflexes are above that of Hawkeye or Taskmaster?
I think Taskmaster wins because Hawkeye doesn't have trick arrows.Taskmaster has the fighting skills of Bullseye and several fighters better than him.It doesn't matter what weapons he has because he has the acrobatic ability of at least 4 people I can think of off the top of my head who have easily dodged Bullseye's attack.Hawkeye isn't that great of a fighter or that great of a marksman...to really compete with Taskmaster.

Hawkeye is one of my favorite characters but Bullseye is a better marksman and fighter than him.Possibly unarmed Hawkeye would beat him because he has the "Cap-factor" working in his favor.Anyone who mentions being trained by Cap in a fight wins.Hawkeye is good with arrows but what is he going to do with regular arrows against an armed Bullseye and an armed Taskmaster? Arrows aren't going to do anything with Bullseye and Taskmaster's acrobatic ability and fighting skill.People handicap Hawkeye by giving him regular arrows.Trick Arrows was the only reason he survived.

You do prove a good point. In this battle he is kind of out placed in both categories.
I would say Hawkeye just because he is one of my favs, but I have to go with Taskmaster only because he knows the moves of both of these guys. Overall should be an easy win for Taskmaster
