There aren't guns just lying around, even in Hell's Kitchen. Punisher gets dominated because he's basically unarmed against Bullseye, who's deadly with whatever he can find.

One weapon? Punisher starts with an assault rifle and wins. This fight is not one easily balanced

Really? Bullseye can start with an assault rifle as well, has at least as good accuracy, is a far better dodger, has enough adamantium to tank some bullets, and has enhanced reflexes that should give him better draw speed than Frank.

@dtschemmel: I dont think you understand. This is not a balance match as Punisher with his Gun can take a majority while no gun would be a auto win for Bullseye.

What cadence said. An I don't think either of them have a favorite weapon, b just throws stuff and punisher just shoots stuff

@CadenceV2: Those are oddly low showing for Bullseye, imo, but it's still canon so I can't argue. I don't see things getting to h2h here, though, since they both start with a weapon. I still think that Bullseye can take a majority if they both get guns, though.
