They start at opposite ends of a crowded room. Dwight has his guns. Bullseye has three knives.

Bullseye wins easily because he never ever misses whereas Dwight isn't a perfect shot. Also, giving Bullseye a blade is like giving Jesse James a sub machine gun...anyone nearby not used to fighting opponents with near superhuman strength, stamina and speed is in danger...Dwight would already be dead the second he pulled out his .45's
