Bullseye is way better fighter, Stronger, faster, more agile. He fought against Daredevil, he killed Elektra, he humiliated Black Widow, he had a stalemate with Captain America, he beat Gambit, he beat Deadpool, Lester is crazy. Bullseye can hit a fly in the air with bubble gum.

Also if there's a sufficient distance, deadshot could snipe DD before he knows that Floyd is there. Why are you even bringing DD into this? A bullet to the head can kill Matt. Deadshot has shot speedsters before. Dont debate on stuff you only know about one-sided.
