Spiderman. He's stronger, faster, and more agile then both Deadshot and Bullseye combined. Add in his spidersense and its almost a curbstomp. In my opinion anyway.

You'd imagine it would be an absolute curbstomp, however when Bullseye and Spider-Man had a direct fight in Peter Parker: Spider-Man #6, Spider-Man was unable to close the distance. He said how Bullseye's throws even hurt through the webshield. Bullseye was not only able to keep Spider-Man at bay, but also complete his hit and leave. However given the fact that this is a random encounter, Spider-Man will likely take them both out before they have much of a fighting chance. Perhaps with prep they would stand a better chance...But as it currently stands,Spider-Man takes a vast majority. Where are they fighting?

Since when is deadsht good in hand to hand?
Since they ruined the character with the DC reboot.
Assuming the team will work together well? They are skilled enough to tag him. All deadshot needs is one bullet through the head, eye, or vital organ to slow or kill Spidey.

Your assuming Peter either wont tag them with webbing first or that he wont just create a web shield to block there projectiles.
@jashro44: He could, but they could dodge at least his initial webs and keep him off balance. If it comes down to shooting webs vs shooting guns & Bullseye weapons, give me the team. They both could shot at each other at the same time and while he might get them eventually, something could ricochet and hit him in the back of the head. Team 5.5/10

I actually heard New 52 Deadshot was pretty fun.
Webbing can have an area of effect to it and it has much greater defensive capabilities than deadshot and bullseyes weapons have. And bullseye and deadshot haven't exactly worked together.

It hurt spider-man through his web shield but he was still fine. The web shield still managed to block several of bullseyes projectiles. Explosives can still be dodged and webbing has been used to contain explosives before.
@jean_luc_lebeau: I'd say the same except Kraven managed to shoot him unconscious and bury him underwater for 2 weeks and Peter's durability while impressive has shown on quite a number of occasions that high powered rifles can harm him. However that was a very well organised trap setup by Kraven to distract Peter and ultimately ensnare him.
These 2 guys I'm afraid are nowhere near that calculated unfortunately usually opting to hit the target rather than distract them and while Spidey can be harmed by guns the only time I've ever seen him hit by them is when he already had his hands tied for some reason. Baring in mind even the Sinister Six couldn't take out Spidey with a divide and conquer I don't see how these guys would.
