@AngryHulks: Well being fair, Roadrunner has never appeared in any other episode save for his own with Wile. E and was never going to lose against him anyway. I mean if Bugs just was shown with Elmer, would be the same deal.
Bugs Bunny is the greatest toon force reality warper. He stepped out of a reality in which he normally exist in and started to rewrite it. If you see Duck amuck you know what i mean.
2. Wile E. Coyote has a better chance of successfully hunting which one?
3. Elmer Fudd has a better chance of successfully hunting which one?
4. Who would win in a fight?

2. Bugs Bunny, he needs speed vitamins (which have a time limit) to even come close to keeping up with Roadrunner, Roadrunner would run circles around anyone Bugs has been against
3. Bugs Bunny, Roadrunner can also alter the laws of physics, and his speed would make bullets useless against him....
4. Roadrunner, he may have a finite number of opponents as opposed to Bugs, but Bugs has lost, and Roadrunner has been tested against so much of ACME's technology :P He also breaks the laws of physics, uses nth degree toonforce, and is unstoppable.
@SpideyPresence: What about Tom from tom and jerry, he got cut into different pieces and survived and there was no blood. He just put himself back together.
