She don't have Superman like powers, but she have standard Slayers abilities. And I think she would won. But this was done before:

@Picard: thats what i meant. if she had her slayer abilities, i guess they could be considered powers i dont know.

Just so everyone was aware, Buffy has her normal slayer abilities. It was the twilight powers the OP said she doesn't have.
