Snake Eyes stomps...sorry. It's debatable if the Winter Soldier could beat Storm Shadow.

Considering Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes are dead equals, and both have gotten the better of each other multiple times at different points and stalemated even more.

That makes no sense.
