Theyre both great fighters, Bryan is more durable (unless sabretooth has ademantium) strength wise id give the advantage slightly to Bryan while sabretooth has a edge on speed. this is very close but ill go with Bryan.
I'm going with Sabretooth on this one. Bryan is a cyborg, isn't he? I seem to recall something of him having a feat with a tank. Sabretooth's beaten techo enemies before, like Shiva, for example. Bryan is good, but I don't think he can quite match up to the experience & ferocity of the ol' King o' Mean.
