Even if Batman wins round 1 it's gonna be close. Nolan Batman has a lack of durability feats without his armor. Also taking down guys in a street fight doesn't matter, he was using full on martial arts. In a boxing match you can't fight the way he normally would and he would have to largely mentally adjust. Batman was taught to fight with no rules. He might even lose on points or be DQed.
but yea batman stomps. it doesn't make sense that a man could be the best of a competitive field like pro boxing, without even training for it. and yet he is

I mean in TDKR Bane was insanely slow and not at all impressive. Not to mention that Mike could probably punch just as hard if not harder than Bane. Most of the people Bruce Wayne fights are common street thugs, not "skilled opponents"

It's more of a shame how people underrate real life fighters on this site... (or simply ignorant to just how dangerous they are. Even low level semi pro fighters easily handle the average guy no problem)
Prime Mike Tyson's speed and power feats alone easily surpass anything shown by Movie Bruce Wayne. Don't even get started on skills being displayed... Mike demolished fellow top boxers like they were children, using head movement alone to dodge 20+ hit combos and landing one punch to win a fight. Bruce Wayne elbowed thugs who don't know how to block or dodge.
Round 1, Mike by brutal ko whenever he wants. Thinking otherwise is ignorance.
Round 2, If Bruce learned from Rd 1 what he's up against he can probably figure out a way to win against a one dimensional boxer, even if it's a boxer as lethal as Mike. If he tries to exchange he's going down. Using kicks to set up takedowns and keep Mike on his back on the ground, he could probably pull it off, but it's so damn easy for Mike to lay him out...

Mike had superhuman punching power. Mike is not any chump. He is an elite professional boxer who knocked down and out the best fighters of his day who had professional professional caliber chins. They were top tier pros because they could not be knocked out easily by clean shots from other top tier pros.

Mike had superhuman punching and KO power in his prime. So did Foreman, Frazier, Norton and several others. Mike had punching and KO power that was well above normal humans.

Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis
And he got the shit smacked out of him against both guys, getting TKO'd by Holyfield in the first fight and then resorting to biting Holyfield's ear not once, but twice in the rematch because he was so frustrated.
He fought Larry Holmes when Holmes was a total washed up has-been.
The guy had dynamite in his hands, but his place in history as a pure boxer is totally misconstrued.
Even when Tyson was in his prime, if you could last past the 3rd/4th round, you had a damn good shot at taking him down.
The guy is one of the greatest knockout artists of all-time but his conditioning was suspect and he was far from the most technical fighter.

This is DCU Bruce, and specifically Nolan DCU Bruce, not Comic Book Bruce.
Also if you look at the videos I posted above you will see that Mike was indeed a very technical boxer, one of the most technical in heavyweight history (Except for his later fights without Kevin Rooney)
