Jason Bourne has my vote. He was crazy intense in the movies.

There is a part of me that says Bourne... He was intense, and the fight in the bathroom in Ultimatum was insane. For Bruce one word... NINJAS!

Bourne also had some amazing feats like dropping 5 stories down a stairwell, shooting a guy in the forehead as he falls, and then surviving.

Bourne is faster. He's dropped every non enhanced human in few hits. Batman with his armour will make it harder but Jason will win eventually. Batman won't kill Jason, Jason will kill Batman.

He also has better feats than Aaron Cross who is a bona-fide enhanced human too.

Bruce. His first stint as Batman in 'Begins', he displayed some crazy speed feats. He fought off entire teams of Ninjas at the end, punked Ghul on a crashing train and flew off. Fights in TDK were crappy but in 'Rises' he showed few bullet-dodging feats and displayed some crazy endurance when he came back from Bane's punishment and beat him.

It's not a stomp, but unfortunately movie Bruce is a pale shadow of who Bruce actually is in the comics.

Still, I imagine the fight going down in a similar fashion as that of Jason's apartment brawl with the tall, enhanced operative in Ultimatum. It's going to be intense.
