Also, what do people think of who's better in terms of:
1. Strength
2. Boxing skill
3. Durability
4. Reflexes/Combat Speed
I'm going with Batmen as he regularly sqaures off against opponents with Metahuman abilities like superior reflexes, speed, strength, durability, etc. I'd pay damned good money to see these two lock horns though

Bruce Wayne mainly why didn't you use a comic pic of Adrian Veidt instead if the movie version...
Didnt really have a good pic of comic book Veidt, and their feats are basically the same.
Ozymandias wins
way faster, stronger and smarter... if they both get 1 day/week/month prep he still stomps

Not really... Movie Ozmandias seems a bit better. His fight with Rorshach and Nite Owl in the movie he seemed superhuman
Comic Ozymandias Feats
The movie he seemed a bit more impressive though...

All the movie and comic feats are still close enough to each other that AFAIK it's still basically the same character with the same powers. Catching the bullet with his bare hand in the comic is more impressive than catching it with the gloved hand, since we have no idea how tough the glove is.

Look at how he catches it in the movie even though his hands are protected. And when he hits them in the comic they don't fly across the room. There are a few differences.

Yeah the fight scenes are more impressive in the movie. We can just assume it's the movie version in this battle, since Bruce has many more years of feats to draw on from the comics.

Alright thanks even though movie Ozy is like superhuman or something lol

Aright thanks even though movie Ozy is like superhuman or something lol
Movie Ozy is definitely super-human (in terms of real-life humans), but so is comic-book Bruce. No one is real life would be able to move as fast as Bruce and bench press 1,000 lbs, much less pull off all the feats he has.
Since the OP said Bruce Wayne specifically I will say if they are alone eventually Bruce Wayne will win although he is going to take some hits.
If people who don't know Bruce is Bats then Bruce gets pummeled in order to keep his secret ID.
I like Ozy and I don't really like Batman but my opinion of like or dislike is irrelevant.
Batman will eventually figure out how to get past Veidt's speedy counter attacks and finish him off.

What has ozzy done?
This will not win him anything here (espically since its a boxing match) but I really like his scan.
